Labneh

Definition

Labneh is a thick, strained yogurt also referred to as yogurt cheese. It is essentially similar to Greek yogurt, though often more thoroughly strained and therefore thicker. Labneh is usually made with whole milk and served in a savory manner. See: Greek yogurt.
