Definition

Graham flour is a whole grain flour that has been produced in a somewhat different manner. The endosperm is separated from the bran and germ of the wheat, and finely ground. The germ and wheat are ground to a coarse texture, then recombined with the endosperm flour. Graham flour is used in the making of graham crackers, pie crusts, and other baking applications.
